Instead, it is a sweet-sour liqueur prepared from ume plums and characterised by a yummy fruity scent. Mixing it with hot water in the ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 will make you feel warm and lead to a restful sleep. Alternately, mix with a fizzy soda to highlight the sweet notes of the plum.
