The fine dining restaurant, China House at the Grand Hyatt Regency in Mumbai completes a decade this June. To commemorate this milestone, they are offering their patrons dining prices from 2007 on the 26th of every month until the end of this year. That’s a great throwback now, isn’t it?
Dine At 10-Year Old Prices On The 26th Of Every Month At This Mumbai Five-Star
What Is It?
Who Is It For?
If you always wanted to try out China House but the exorbitant aka five-star prices were deterring you – this is your chance. On the 26th of every month {beginning with June 26}, a special set menu will be offered with prices from when they started off back in 2007.
The menu will feature the regular dishes but will be priced differently. In appetizers, you can expect peppery hot shredded roast duck and cucumber {for INR 275}, sichuan poached chicken with crushed peanuts {INR 275}, shredded cabbage with roasted peanuts and sichuan pepper {INR 185}. Coming to the mains, there’s Cantonese prawn ‘Siu Mui’ {INR 590}, clay pot braised bean {INR 590} and more such dishes. The prices here differ from their standard menu which would otherwise cost you a bomb.
Why Should I Go?
To relish the luxury dining experience without burning a hole in your pocket. China House serves up really good Chinese cuisine and now we can try out these dishes without the added guilt.
A standard cost for two at the China house is generally INR 4,500 {exclusive of taxes}. However, with their anniversary deal on the 26th of every month we can dine out for a lot lesser. And that my friend, is a great deal for a five-star dining outing.
So, We're Saying...
A special throwback to 2007 when things were simpler and prices cheaper, China House is going all out to celebrate their 10-year anniversary. We love it and recommend reserving a table in advance for the 26th of every month. We’ve been told as of now, this offer is valid until December 2017, post which they’ll take a call if they want to continue with it or not.
