On the special 'Next Stop Kolkata' menu are Beadon Street Fish Roll, Girish Park-er Shoitan Deem, College Street Hing-er Kochuri, Chitpur Road Chicken Rezala, and Tiretti Bazaar Prawn Dumpling. The dumplings are an ode to the Chinese migrants and while the Elgin Road Pork Momo is something of a must-try Kolkata street food special.
