At a mysterious location in Delhi {no, it’s not going to be a pub in Hauz Khas}, a warehouse party will host about 700 plus people for a night of experimental music and art.
Curated by US-based e-liquid brand, Auster, this Delhi party’s being called Auster WIP and is a heady mix of all that we love – music talent from India and all over the world, trippy design installations and an overall epic time. Want in? Clear your schedules for September 9.
Love underground gigs? Trip on artworks or dig theme parties? This will be right up your alley.
Auster WIP will be big, badass, underground and hipster all at the same time. Since music is the heart of these party pop-ups, they have a star line-up of artists for the Delhi leg. Soulections, Amsterdam producer Jarreau Vandal and DJ Didi Han from Seoul, are going to bring sick beats and R&B and hip hop inspired remixes. Homegrown talents, Mumbai-based producer and DJ, Zokhuma and MadStarBase from Delhi will be a joining in too.
All this genre defying music not incentive enough? You don’t even like DJs and big dance floors? Well, remember we told you about trippy art scenes? So, we hear there’ll be experiential zones {loosely think of them as rooms} to create a multi-sensory journey. Delhi-based artist, Tarini Sethi will design these spaces modeled on different themes like space, nature and Delhi. These are aimed at taking you on an emotional and artistic journey by the way of visuals, ambience, installations and more.
P.S. These warehouse parties have been a rage across the Atlantic and the Delhi edition promises to look and feel exactly like its foreign cousins. Woot woot.

Once you’re on the mailing list, they’ll let you in on the secret location the very day of the party {i.e. next Saturday}. We’re also told that the gates will open for a very very short time so if you’ve registered but are running fashionably late, be prepared to order from your pizza guy next door.
