The Taj Bengal has reinvented their all-day dining space, The Hub, to Cal 27 and we're loving the revamp. The giant glass windows overlook the gorgeous swimming pool with bright yellow lounge chairs and umbrellas lining the pool. The sunlight streams in making it the perfect brunch destination. Although the restaurant does offer ala carte, the buffet option gives you a lot more opportunity to indulge. Love the cold starter section {the chicken and seafood especially} as well as the extravagant dessert counter. The veggie main course options are also delicious {don't walk past the Indian section on the pretext of it being "home food" - it's actually very tasty}.
