What Makes It Awesome

Sky Dining is permanently shut in Goa. For unique dining experiences in Goa, check out this list

Few things combine food and adventure in a way that Sky Dining does. A new concept that made its way to Goa’s sunny shores on Valentine’s Day, Sky Dining hauls up diners on top of the Anjuna cliff so they can enjoy a meal suspended in the air. A crane has been stationed near NYEX Beach Club and it can take 22 people for a 30–60min brunch, lunch, sundowner or dinner through the day.

This unique dining experience is the result of Goa Tourism and Cuba Goa coming together. The veg and non-veg menus let you pre decide your meal before you take off. Once the table is suspended, you can also recline your seat to 180 degrees to get a magnificent view! Of course, this might feel like mild paragliding only with you being treated to paneer skewers/chicken skewers or spaghetti bolognese/chicken pasta in white sauce while you float. The packages also include a mocktail and you can pick from Watermelon Mojito, Lemon Mojito or Blackcurrant Mojito. The dinner menu also includes a dessert.

In order to sign up for this flight of fancy, you need to book yourself (and hopefully) a partner a table 2 hrs before your chosen time slot. Imagine, feeling the breeze in your hair and being surrounded by palm tree lined shores thanks to panoramic views of the Arabian Sea and watching a live mocktail being whipped up.

We’re told that the table will be flying even if there are two people so no more collecting/bribing or pleading with people to join you on this gourmet dining. Oh, and the entire experience can be booked for proposals, wedding anniversaries, office meetings (yes!) or parties. So, go on, call them and book yourself a dinner for two in the sky already!

Pro-Tip

The per person price varies from INR 3500 and 8000 depending on the time slot. For obvious reasons, the sunset session (5:45–6:30pm) is the most spectacular (imagine watching the sun set on the sea as you sip your mocktails in the sky). If you opt for dinner though, it'll set you back by 8k.
