Check Out The City's First Indonesian Cuisine Based Restaurant That's At It's Authentic Best!

Sambal is the result of a few bunch of friends who spontaneously decided to open up a restaurant while they were on vacation at Jakarta, literally zeroed on a chef they met there even before they could find a place here! It is the first to have solely Indonesian cuisine in the city. No desi touches but authentic Indonesian food at your table! Which means loads of seafood as well. They've also added a few Telangana delicacies in the menu. The interiors are beautifully done with a lot of hand-done traditional paintings.

A few must try dishes here are the Chicken satay with peanut butter sauce, Nila Goreng and the Steamed Fish.

If the chef or the staff could suggest and explain some of the dishes on the menu while ordering the food would be of great help. Because a lot of the items on the menu are new to the city folks barring a few.
