Another popular place to visit is the Tsomgo or Changu Lake. Located at an altitude of over 12,000 feet, Changu Lake is made out of a glacier. The snow-capped peaks surrounded by alpine trees reflecting on the lake is a sight to behold and one that'll be etched in memory forever. Watch out for yaks and ponies and diverse flora and fauna. Home to Brahmini ducks, this lake is about 50 feet deep and a must-visit tourist attraction.
