Kolkata people! One of our favourite cafes in the city has launched a cloud kitchen and we dropped in to check it out.
Artsy Cafe has come up with a cloud kitchen called Wrap Co that, like the name suggests, is all about wraps and all things healthy. They offer a variety of of flavours from across the world. Curated to be simple yet eclectic, the wraps are wholesome, healthy and hearty. They allow you to indulge without feeling guilty about it.
The menu includes 18 kinds of wraps, healthy salad and quinoa bowls, pasta, fries and dessert. Choose from a delectable array of wraps - we tried the Falafel, Hungarian Potato Veggies (not a good idea if you don't like potatoes), Spinach Mushroom and Feta Cheese (try it even if you hate mushrooms!), Shawarma Chicken and Gyro Chicken wraps and left wanting for more! The filling is packed with flavour and cooked to perfection. You can also choose your tortilla - whole wheat or flour.
A few more options that you can try are the Mexican, Garden Fresh, BBQ Chicken, Bhuna Chicken and Tandoori Chicken wraps. The healthy bowls are packed with nutrients and fibre while the pasta also has whole wheat option available. Also, do not miss out on the Strawberry Cheesecake - it's heaven on earth!
