#Runspiration: 5 Reasons Why Running Long Distance Is Fun
I don't have dreams, I have goals

Sounds familiar? Well, take a page out of Harvey Specter’s book and get inspired by Natasha’s goal. When she met long distance women runners a few months back, she set 15k as a running distance for herself. Knowing her own personal challenges, including previous injuries and lack of stamina, she set her goal and then went on to conquer it.
#SquadGoals – Get a running buddy

It’s always tough to achieve a goal single-handedly. Get fit together with a running buddy, who is there for your big achievements and momentary weaknesses. Soak in little doses of good vibes and spread happiness, but remind each other that you’re not alone in your journey.
Don’t sweat the small stuff

No one can be solely focused on a goal 24×7, so take time to breathe, relax and find comfort in little joys. Focus on your overall health and build a productive outlook, and as Natasha says stay safe and humble on your journey to achieve your goal.
Together, we run
