You Can Now Get Organic 'Farm To Fork' Food Delivered Home With Mandala

A new food delivery service, Mandala is trying to do its part to bring the farm to fork concept to home delivery services.

Mandala is a new food service started out by the same people who own the lovely pizzeria Francesco’s. Like farm to table restaurants such as Masque, the menu changes according to the availability of fresh produce, as opposed to altering the source of the ingredients as per the rigidity of the menu.

The cuisine is mostly oriental, with fresh options for salads, sandwiches {like the toasted caprese tomato sandwich & the green pea and feta cheese one}, and for the mains, dishes such as the Korean bibimbap, the Vietnamese bahn mi among others.

The summer menu has many zucchini and arugula-heavy dishes, as per the season. The pricing is on the heavier side, main dishes ranging between INR 370-480 and the salads around INR 330 each.
