So I have been in Pune for 3 years now and I have been eating at Kakke Da Paratha ever since. With time they have diversified their menu with a lot of main course dishes which are so damn good.
I came here for lunch with my friends as we were craving for some authentic North Indian food and I couldn't think of someplace else!
Let's come to the real deal, F&B
We ordered cheese burst paratha, paneer Schezwan paratha and gobi pyaz paratha.
All the three parathas had one thing in common - they were LOADED.
Be it cheese or the gobi filling, everything is stuffed to its maximum extent which makes one paratha enough to fill you up but we weren't stopping.on just parathas.
I had to order my favourite, dal makhani combo which is a real delight. It has 2 lachha parathas and a bowl of dal makhani served with some pickles and salad. .You can't have it better at any other place. Trust me.
We were still shy of saying *Bass ho gya* so we ordered the Tauji thali as well which had aloo jeera, shahi paneer, Chapatis/parathas, chole, jeera rice and gulab jamun. Costing ₹180. Every penny was worth every bite. You have to try this out.
Lastly, the lassi's are fresh and authentic. A must try as well.
A big thumbs up for this place!
They are opening up in Wakad as well so do check out!
