Aromas of Bengal - This is perhaps the first time any hotel has hosted Bengali food festival. Chef hails from Bengal and has done wonders with the menu. The flavors, aromas and taste will take to you Bengali home. Every dish is cooked with perfection. Dhakai Kosha Mangsho, Sorshe Ilish, Daab chingri, pulao , luchi and aloo posto were my favorites. Festival is on till 26th Nov and you shouldn’t miss it.
