Food is simple, delicious and has the level of spiciness which is very common in amrtisari food. Chef Amarjot who is from Taj Swarna, Amritsar has not compromised on the spice level. To add to the magic, he ensured to get water from Amritsar. Jalandhari Seekh Kebab, Nalli Kharore Shorba, Amritsari Machhi were bang on. Punjabi chole and Dal were outstanding. The breads were excellent.
