What Makes It Awesome?

I'm most often in awe of the Har Dil e lazeez biryani at Sharief bhai - the tender pieces of mutton, the perfectly flavoured rice and the ideal portion sizes go directly to the heart.

This time, I was on a spree to try out most dishes out there. So I went for the Pathhar gosht, mutton dices pre-marinated for 6hours and even more, cooked on a hot stone slab and served fresh

Then I had the Chicken shammi kebab, this is one that you wouldn't find anywhere else. The shammi kebab has been coated in a batter and fried to a golden brown. Yet the juicy kebab has not lost any of its deliciousness.

Then there was Lal mirch gosht ki sukhi phal - mutton ribs specially cut, hammered and flattened and steeped in a delicate saucy blend of red chillies, coriander, onions and spices half done on a hot stone slab and finished in a tawa. You are gonna enjoy biting off the meat off the bone I assure you!

I moved on to the biryani. But let me tell you they do have great vegetarian and eggetarian options as well like mushroom Laal mirch and Paneer kaali mirch.

To end with, I am always in favour of the delightful Creamy matka firni topped with khova and served in an earthen pot. You can also have a Chocolate paan after this
