What Makes It Awesome?

The craftsmanship of whiskey lies within its distilleries and artisan blenders, which brings to life handcrafted luxurious bottles. Craft whiskey is not just a name tag but it is all about being handcrafted and luxe. Needless to say Jack Daniels has been leading in this sphere by unarguably being one of the most successful and luxurious distillers for decades now. Undoubtedly the leading whiskey brand globally has also become popular with the young millennial consumers as the most exquisite whiskey.

What's exciting is that they have a variety of different whiskies available to please everyone's likings. Starting with the OG, Jack Daniel’s Old No 7 which is a hit among all and what we would could call a 'crowd pleaser' for how perfectly balanced the flavour notes are. Mellowed drop by drop through ten-feet of sugar maple charcoal, then matured in handcrafted barrels, the taste is the perfect balance of sweet and oaky flavours. In 2024, a 750 ml bottle of this should cost you around INR 2,770 in Delhi and 2,100 in Gurugram.

Fancy something even smoother? Get your hands on the Gentleman Jack (40% alcohol by volume). Gentleman Jack undergoes a second charcoal mellowing to achieve exceptional smoothness with hints of oak balanced by caramel and vanilla. Perfect for sipping on occasions, a 750 ml bottle should cost around INR 5,100 in Delhi and INR 4,800 in Gurugram approximately.

Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire (35% alcohol by volume) blends warm cinnamon liqueur with the bold character of Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 for a classic spirit with a surprisingly smooth finish. Get this one if you are a fan of the ack Daniel’s Old No 7 smooth start and like the kick from cinnamon. A bottle of this one should can cost you INR 3,250 in Delhi and INR 2,950 in Gurugram approximately.

The Tennessee Honey (35% alcohol by volume) variant has a taste that’s one-of-a-kind and unmistakably Jack. Made with a blend of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey and a unique honey liqueur. With hints of honey and a finish that’s naturally smooth, this one's a sweet but delectable whiskey. This one should cost around INR 3,150 in Gurugram and INR 3,250 in Delhi.

Need a whiskey that's crisp yet sweet? Befriend the Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Apple (35% alcohol by volume) that's blended with apple liqueur for approximately INR 3,250 and enjoy this sweet but punchy whiskey on the rocks.

And next, there's one that won't take time to become your all-time favourite, the Jack Daniel's Single Barrel that layers subtle notes of caramel and spice with bright fruit notes and sweet aromatics for a one-of-a-kind flavour. This one is more of an indulgence and might cost you around INR 7,365 for a 750 ml bottle in Delhi and INR 7,150 in Gurugram, depending upon the place you are buying it from.

The 750 ml and 1 litre sizing is common to all bottles but you will spot a few different sizes like the 60 ml miniature or 375 ml in the classic Jack Daniel’s Old No 7 variant. Do make a note that the pricing differs from place to place, and store to store so nothing's set in stone here.

Beloved by bar-tenders and whiskey connoisseurs, Jack Daniel's whiskies are great when it’s time to mix things up a bit and turn your favorite whiskey into a cocktail. So, we would suggest you try out your hand at making cocktails such as Gentleman Whiskey Sour, Lynchburg Lemonade, Caramel Julep or The Ginger Jack for a gala time.

Our personal favourite is the classic Jack Old Fashioned or Jack Honey Smash or if you’re in the mood for something fiery — there’s always Tennessee Fire or other sweet offerings. But if cocktails are still not your thing, then always remember that unlike many other whiskies, Jack Daniel's even goes incredibly well if you have it straight on the rocks. The taste hasn't changed for the classic one for 158 years and the only change now is in its price which we're always excited for.
