While you can visit a Bata store anywhere, what really impressed us about this Karol Bagh market was the super cool discounts they offer. More than half of the store was on some form of discount, and we ended up getting more pairs than we needed.

As soon as I stepped into the store, I instantly fell in love with the collection. While we wouldn't put this one in the bridal shopping category, it still features silhouettes that are good options for wedding guests or birthday outfits that look and feel a little extra. While they mainly deal in wholesale, if you want to buy something for retail, they'll still accommodate you.

Located conveniently in the heart of Karol Bagh, Punjab Sweet Corner needs no introduction. Famous for its chhole bhature, puri-sabzi, and a variety of North Indian and Continental dishes, this place is the perfect stop to indulge in a delicious meal while treating yourself to some retail therapy.

If you visit Karol Bagh and sleep on this legend, you've really wasted your visit. No matter what hour you visit this spot, you'll always find a rally or people waiting to be seated or waiting for their order. Don't miss out on their kulfi, but their aloo tikki, kachori and golgappe are equally delicious.

Delhi's beloved North Indian restaurant chain had its first outlet here in Karol Bagh, and it still somehow remains more iconic than the rest of them. If you end up staying late in the market and are looking for some lip-smacking food, head here and try their Afghani chicken.

Bhuli Bhatiyari Ka Mahal

If you're looking for an adventure, Bhuli Bhatiyari Ka Mahal is a fun place to visit near Karol Bagh. Known as one of the top haunted places in Delhi, where the ghost of a Rani has been seen, this place is perfect for a fun time with friends. Besides the stories associated with it, it's a quaint place where you can admire the architecture and scenery during the day.

Gurudwara Bangla Sahib

CP is very close to Karol Bagh, and it will only take about 15 minutes to reach the famous Bangla Sahib. It's always a wholesome experience there, and don't forget to taste the incredible kada prasaad.

Birla Mandir is just four kilometres away from Karol Bagh, and you can head there with friends and family for a peaceful time. The architecture of the temple is one-of-a-kind, and its a great place to visit during the day.

This centuries-old temple is one of the Shakti Peethas in Delhi, dedicated to Goddess Aadi Shakti. Perched on a rocky hill, the temple has a cave-like sanctum that gives it a distinct and peaceful spiritual ambience. Locals also believe that the idol here is swayambhu (self-manifested). If you visit around Navratri or any other special occasion, you're likely to find long queues and vibrant festivities.

The huge Hanuman murti that has become a trademark of Delhi is just 10 minutes away from Karol Bagh market and is definitely worth visiting if you're in the neighbourhood. It's 108 feet tall and becomes a lively spot every evening. Tuesdays and Saturdays, in particular, are super crowded.
