Globe Grub initially started in Bangalore where they already have two outlets. This is their first venture in Hyderabad and they promise an elaborate buffet experience with live stations for Asian, Pancakes, Chats, Pasta and Pizza.
Among the veg starters, I liked the crispy corn and the Cajun Spice Potato. Now let’s begin with the non-veg starters. The Mutton Sheekh Kebab was juicy and flavorful. The Peshawari Tangdi Kebab was slightly overcooked. The Dum ki Macchi Patrawali was tender and wrapped in banana leaves. The Prawns in Basil sauce was one of my favourites. The Chicken Wings were quite crisp.
For the Main course, the Thai green curry is a must-have. They also have a huge plethora of desserts my favourite being the caramel custard with the perfect texture and consistency.
