Parul and Alisha Puri's The Carousel Kitchen makes an array of cuisines to satiate all those food cravings, ranging from Italian, Thai, Indian, Mexican to Lebanese and Continental, while delivering all across Delhi NCR.
When the virus-induced lockdown of 2020 paused life for us, most of us journeyed through throwback memories of places and food. With the same idea in mind, the Puris decided to start The Carousel Kitchen, as an extension of their love for food and culinary experiences. Their silky and smooth Hummus has a beautiful pop of colour, and makes for a delicious healthy spread. They also make Cocktail Quiches in flavours like Caramelised Onion & Mushroom, Chicken Pesto, Broccoli & Cheddar, and more. The Bhuna Ghosht is full of flavours, and so is their Vegetarian Paprika, Buffalo Wings, and more. Their Shammi Kebab and Mutton Nihari is soul-satisfying to say the least. Oh and they also do a variety of preservative free dips and spreads. We meant it when we said that they'll fulfill ALL your food cravings.
The concept behind the Carousel Kitchen is to provide the freshest, most delicious and preservative-free food. All orders must be placed minimum 24 hours in advance and the pocket pinch for two people would be around INR 1500.
