Nagaland's Kitchen in Green Park is a hidden gem with a niche clientele that keeps coming back for more. I was first introduced to this place a couple of years ago, and have been hooked to their smoked meats and Raja Mirchi delicacies ever since. My staple order is the Smoked Pork Chilli for starters and the Raja Mirchi Pork with steamed rice for mains, washed down with a couple of glasses of beer, which you will definitely need after their dose of spice.

What Makes It Awesome
What Could Be Better?
They don't always have Indian beers available, so you might have to order one of the imported ones, which is a sly ploy to push up the spend per table. The decor can seem a bit confused, but at least the food is on point.
What's My Pro Tip?
They have their bad days when the chef might douse the curry with an extra chilli or two and then all you get are tears and burning sensations. However, on a good day, the smokiness of the pork and the Raja Mirchi make for a meal you will definitely come back for.
