I've been following Sugarama's work for the past few years now. They, more specifically Rama Chadha, started out as a home-based dessert chef, before kick-starting his own kitchen-cum-takeaway based out of Shahpur Jat.
What I love about Sugarama is that his desserts aren't cloyingly sweet. Don't get me wrong, I love Big Chill like any other person, but a bite of Big Chill cake and I'm done. Sugarama on the other hand? I find myself happily biting through a portion of their berries and cream (as divine as it sounds), lemon and mango tart (not too tarty), Japanese cheesecake (so nice to not have to go to Gurgaon to get this), and their chocolate and peanut butter cookies.
