So, we became that person, and we’re shining the spotlight on chef and entrepreneur Tarun Sibal, Co-Founder of Titlie Goa and Khi Khi Delhi, two swanky restaurant bars that are making waves in the Indian hospitality scene. Tarun says, 'The Clarified Punch, a favourite from the menu at my new bar in the capital, Khi Khi. A bit of pineapple, peach, guava, and three variants of my favourite spirit – rum' and we have to jump in to add that if you haven't visited Khi Khi yet, you are definitely missing out on one of the best cocktails in Delhi.
