I have been looking for leather mules for the longest time and finally found the most beautiful (and soft pair) at Khara Kapas. I've recommended Khara Kapas before for their wrap dresses; they recently launched a fantastic collection of leather shoes, including mules and a few flats, and bags.
I absolutely love these mules; the leather's super soft and easy to break into and the sole's well-padded.
I found these only in black; their footwear collection's fairly new, and I'm sure there's more coming up. I picked these up at a pop-up I attended so not sure if they're available on their website just yet, but that's where you can get in touch with them.
A pair costs INR 3,500. These are worth the money, in my opinion.
