Milan Juice Centre near Charminar does crazy good desi versions of fruit juices, thick, nutty milkshakes and fruit salads (according to season) that you can grab when midnight hunger strikes.

What Makes It Awesome

Be it in the extremely busy and lit surroundings of Charminar, or amidst the heavy traffic roads in uptown Hyderabad – Milan Juice Centre has loyal customers, while new ones keep walking in and out at all hours. Set up by Mohammed Sami Uddin, a local, the first outlet in the Old City is right opposite Mecca Masjid since the past 22 years. This juice centre, although tiny, caters to over thousands of people on a daily basis. Opening at 9am every morning, they continuously make and serve juices, that are favourites among tourists and locals alike, who go here to quench their thirst after grabbing savoury snacks from Nimrah Café right opposite.

Look at their colourful array of glasses filled with fresh juice, or watch them make cups and cups of flavourful blends of fruit induced desserts before you decide what to get. Trust us, with those many options (each of which looks equally gorgeous too) – there’s bound to be some dilemma. Litchi Salad, Avocado Juice, Yamani Dry Fruits, Milan Junction, Blood Punch, and Kiwi Juice are just a few names from their menu. All their products are apparently 100 per-cent natural. Their bestseller is their thick Avocado Juice, complete with a dressing of dry fruits, and the Mulberry salad here is to die for. Apart from this, they have specials like Milan Special and Sitaphal Punch which are a big hit. The price for a regular glass of juice or milkshake is only INR 40 and that for specials and salads is anywhere between INR 50-120 depending upon your choice of fruit/blend.

What Could Be Better

The mosquitoes can be a menace.
