How To Make The Oatmeal Base
Ingredients:
Oats
Chia seeds
Any nut butter (almond butter, peanut butter, etc)
Milk
Fruits
Honey/Date syrup
Directions:
Take 1/2 cup oats in a bowl/jar and add 3/4th cup milk to it. Add the sweetener of your choice like honey or date syrup, or mashed banana and chill it in the fridge overnight. In the morning or after four hours, add some nut butter, cut fruits, and top it off with some seeds. Oatmeal is a versatile dish, so feel free to mix up with flavours.

Chocolate Overnight Oats
Additional ingredients:
Cocoa powder
Almonds
Shredded coconut
Directions:
The only variation here is along with oats, milk, and a sweetener of your choice, you will also add cocoa powder according to how chocolatey you want your oatmeal to be and cut of almond pieces. You can also roast the almonds. Chill it in the fridge overnight and top it off with shredded coconut and seeds.
Apple Cinnamon Oats
Additional Ingredients:
Chopped apples
Cinnamon powder
Directions:
Add chopped apple chunks to the oatmeal base and generously sprinkle some cinnamon powder.
Carrot Cake Oats
Additional Ingredients:
Chopped Carrots
Pureed carrots
fresh cream
Directions:
Run the carrots in a food processor and add it to the oatmeal base along with finely chopped carrots and fresh cream.
