Chef Hemant Oberoi’s restaurant certainly has some gems, one of them being a refreshing summer cooler that has melon as the base, coconut snow, saffron as a topping and a mix of melons as a garnish. This is probably the next best thing to a vacay at some beach resort.
You can also pick from an option of Apple or Tomato Gazpacho, if that's more of your thing.
