Her education and expert training in luxury French pastry at Ferrandi in Paris largely influenced the foundation of Mizah Bakery. After months of research, she decided to bring together some of India's best ingredients and produces and use them to leverage the dynamic dessert industry and whip up some really offbeat desserts and cakes through experimentation and design.
Her bakery specialises in seasonal celebration cakes baked for special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, and other festive events. You can expect flavours like salted caramel and chocolate, coffee chocolate, pistachio and seasonal berries, lemon meringue, and more. Apart from this, they've also got a weekly bake sale menu which includes experimental desserts like Hokkaido milk bread, sourdoughs, fluffy Japanese cheesecake, assorted cookies, cookie ganache tart with sea salt and more.
Oh and all the ingredients used are organic, which means there's no preservatives or colours. The pricing of her cakes starts from INR 1,700 and upwards.
