FitoFaga is a casual dining restaurant in HSR serving some mindful and healthy vegan and vegetarian food. Located on 26th main road of HSR Sector 1 the place is very easy to find.
The ambience is the simple yet thoughtful, very wide spacious seating arrangement. One end of the seating arrangement is next to a huge window pane which gives a nice comfortable feeling of looking towards the street while dining.
The food menu is a fusion of multiple cuisine items and it's the pure vegetarian and vegan menu only. The menu is very curative, having done it so with healthy and balanced diet elements in mind. We tried some amazing dishes from starters to the main course to till desserts. Scrambled tofu was highly satisfying, Japanese style ramen soup was thick, creamy and it was loaded with veggies, it was a stomach filler. Thai green curry with rice was well done, the curry had a very good flavour to it, malai kofta and paratha was just good, desserts were pretty satisfying as well.
Top-notch service, dishes came on time and the staff regularly cleared the used plates and provided with the new one's time to time.
