Talking about the food, they have an extensive menu with cuisines from all over the world and even fusions of two cuisines. And the origins of all the dishes are mentioned in the menu. Some of the signature dishes include Laksha Curry, Duck Confit Ravioli with saffron cream buree blanc, Lamb Peproni Argula Pizza, Blueberry n Grapes Desi Waldorf salad and many more.
Along with cocktails they even offer some seriously unique and refreshing mocktails, Mr Harvey and the Yuzu mocktails are my personal favourite.
Edge aims to be a premium destination with ‘affordable luxury’ hence the menu is very inexpensive considering the cuisines and the quality of food offered.
