Guilt-free snacking is something I'm game for since I'm always snacking. Chocobles is the latest snack that I got my hands on and they are a chocolate-based snack. Now if you are thinking about how chocolate can be guilt free, you got to read on. Instead of using compound chocolate, these folks use single origin (the whole bean to bar experience right there) couverture chocolate to make their choco bar.
The interesting part comes in the fact that they use natural sweeteners like jaggery and honey along with brown sugar. But the real guilt-free comes in the form of the millet mix that goes into the chocolate bar. You have jowar, ragi and foxtail millet along with oats, flaxseeds, cocoa nibs, and roasted gram. The whole bar isn't overly sweet or chocolatey, and it's almost like biting into a chocolate granola courtesy the crunch.
Apart from this, they also have a limited collection on choco bars with interesting flavours like the Classic, Choco-Almond, Choco-Strawberry, Choco-Raisins, and Choco-Pista.
