As strange as it's name, Gulakamele lake, has a strange calming effect.
Sit at the edge of the dock, dangling your legs with absolutely nothing coming between you and the view of the vast lake.
Visit any time of the day and you'd still be leaving the place with at most tranquility
Coming to matters of belly, you'll find ample food outlets on Kanakapura road.
The lake is said to house a few crocodiles and the depth of Lake is quite deep as well, so swimming is prohibited.
We couldn't spot a crocodile, but could spot a number of birds
