Breakfast Or Snacks, Fit & Flex’s Granola Is Perfect For A Healthy, Crunchy Fix

I love granola; it’s the easiest thing you could make when you’re half asleep in the morning and it’s also great for snacking when you want just a little something. Seriously, I have granola every single day for breakfast so I’m always on the lookout for new ones to try and that’s how I found Fit & Flex’s baked granola online. It’s baked just right so it’s nice and crunchy while the inside stays soft and cooked! 

From the 3 flavours available - Mango Coconut, Happy Berries and Mixed Fruit - I got the Happy Berries one because I love berries and also the name was too cute to pass up on (you are what you eat!) When it reached me, the clusters were still intact so plus points for the packaging! I made up a simple oatmeal bowl with honey and put the granola on top. It wasn’t overly sweet, I loved the freeze-dried strawberries in it the most and the almond flakes were a nice touch, too! In the evening, I mixed a little bit of the granola into my peanut butter and banana smoothie for some texture and for a post-workout smoothie, it really filled me up.

I’m excited to get over with this packet so I can try the Mango-Coconut one next because that would be perfect for a summer treat, especially on top of some homemade mango ice-cream.

The consistency of the clusters was perfect for bigger granola bars that you could eat on-the-go so if they made those, I’d like to try ‘em out.
