Another brand that has come under our radar, the Cosmix feel good skin superfood supplement is a blend of superherbs, superfoods, and adaptogens. They claim to help the body synthesize healthy skin cells with increased lipid protection and hydration. It also has antioxidants that help protect the body from free radical damage due to pollution, stress and ageing. It comes in a powder form, which is to be consumed first thing in the morning with water.

After a hectic holiday season, I believe my liver needs a thorough detox. Fast & Up is a brand that came on everyone's radar during the pandemic with their orange-flavoured immunity boosting tablets.
