Pronounced like the Poke in Pokémon, these bowls consist of chunks of raw, marinated fish, tossed over rice and topped with vegetables and umami-packed sauces. You can choose from the signature bowls which include the Andaman Tuna Bowl, Sisho Salmon Bowl, Tsukiji Tuna Bowl, Wasabi Shrimp Bowl, and the Spicy Miso Tofu Bowl.

You can also make your own bowl by choosing the protein {tofu, shrimp, tuna}, choosing the base grains {rice, quinoa, barley}, and adding your favourite crunch and dressings—try your Poke chops with this one!
