A 100% natural, certified organic, and gluten-free, Jiwa, an online brand, does atta (multi-grain, gluten-free, diabetic-care, thepla, missi, slimming, naan), maida (gluten-free), oats flour, quinoa flour, chia seeds, oatmeal, and upma mix in superb quality, that will amaze you (well, we were).
Jiwa means, the connection between food, life, and health - it stands true to its name, keeping mind the whole process their products go through to maintain the quality. As the grains are picked up from their farmer friends, the goods are quality checked on the basis of various parameters, they are then cleaned with equipments such as, de-stoners, sifters, and colour sorters, and then they are moved forward for traditional stone milling (to help retain the goodness of grain), and they are then finally packed.
While we love their whole process, we are much more in love with their products. We, once, had tried their Gluten-Free Atta (INR 119 for 900gms) that consists of brown rice, jowari, Bengal gram, gaur gum, sea salt, and trust us, it was the best decision we had made. Although, we felt pretty full quite soon but the taste was pretty similar to wheat rotis and we give it a thumbs up!
We hear that their organic quinoa (INR 250 for 1kg) is flavourful too. We guess, we'll use it to make healthy burger patties - yum, right?
