As any regular person in their 20s, I, too, love desserts and K-dramas. As we have fully stepped into the summer breeze (or more like trying everything to escape it), one thing that combines both these interests of mine is the delicious Korean treat called Bingsu, which is essentially shredded ice cream served with a variety of toppings. It is absolutely delectable and perfect for summer. Here are the best places that serve some really delicious Korean Bingsu in Delhi that we cannot get enough of.

Snowberry

This little outlet in CP always has a long queue of people lining up. It sells a variety of ice creams, including Korean Bingsu. They offer freshly made fruit ice cream, vegan ice cream, and three varieties of bingsu, and I can personally vouch for them being absolutely delicious. While the seating is limited, their quick service makes up for it. Plus, it is open until 1 AM, making it ideal for late-night ice cream runs.

Dalgrak Cafe

This quiet, contemporary place in Lajpat Nagar is the ultimate spot for Korean street food. It offers a great variety of dishes, such as japchae and bibimbap. For dessert, you can find three kinds of Bingsu, with mango being its best-seller, but you can also find more traditional Korean flavours here, like red bean. The prices are great, and there is plenty of space and seating for you to have the ultimate experience.

Dost Haus Cafe & Coffee

For our Gurugram folks, Dost Haus is the ultimate place to try some delicious Korean dishes made to the utmost perfection. The ambience is excellent, and their menu is pretty vast. Expect a long list of Korean toast and tteokbokki and five types of bingsu–Oreo, matcha, mango, red bean, and watermelon– available in two sizes to beat the heat.

Korean Cultural Centre

An old hangout spot for many, the Korean Cultural Center has a cafe serving some of Delhi's most authentic Korean flavours. You must check out this place if you haven't already because you'll find a variety of Bingsu options that are not typically available, and it's quite easy on the pocket as well. They offer green tea, mocha, coffee, and sweet potato bingsu, all of which are super delicious.
