Why Should I Go For It?
Like yogurt and kaanji, Kombucha contains healthy bacteria. This workshop will help you get started with brewing it at home along with introducing you to SCOBY i.e. Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast that ferments the tea and produces enzymes and probiotics that cleanse the gut. You also get to learn about storage and consumption, and various recipes to make your Kombucha taste amazing.
Basically, you’ll come home wiser and hopefully ready to make the drink without any guidance and assistance.

The workshop will be conducted by Kapil Mandawewala, founder of Edible Routes, a venture that’s all about locally grown, seasonal produce, firmly rooted in the idea of nutritious, fresh eating.
