Tuck In At Taksim: This New Joint At Ansal Plaza Is Beautiful

Taksim’s first and newest opening in India has got us raving about their food, ambience and mind blowing drinks. Located in Ansal Plaza, we’d bet all our money that this newly-opened joint will be the cause of the revival of the mall.

With three floors, and an additional outside seating area, this month-old eatery is already making quite a buzz. We noticed both families and young friend groups chilling here, having a good time.

Grilled. Chilli. Basil. Fish. Possibly the best fish I’ve ever had, the head chef’s own creation, a must try for anyone and everyone who…likes good food.

We also tried the Chelo Kebab, something Delhi has seen slightly less of, and its about time it was introduced to it. A platter of rice, seekh kebabs and a fried egg, with a few veggies on the side, this in itself is a meal fit for kings. However, we will say that the portions were slightly smaller than what we expected from a full sized platter.

If you’re looking for something to nibble on with your drinks, we recommend the delicious Butter Chicken Pizza.

Worth a trip to Ansal Plaza, and make sure you take advantage of their beautiful outdoor seating in the Delhi winter. Make sure you end your meal with the decadent Banoffee Pie or even the Peanut Butter and Banana Milkshake.

Try out their punchy and chatpatta Amrud Masala drink for something new and refreshing!
