Delhi rains set the mood, and live music by Varnika Prakash set the vibe at Mango last week!
This leap day, we had hearty fruit-filled breakfast bowls (my favourite was the avocado with granola and a dollop of maple syrup), a series of starters- the mushroom dim sum, the fried beetroot, the prawns in butter sauce were my top three, a truffle oil and mushroom pizza took precedence, but the variety of other main courses were further amped up by the dessert! The Burma chocolate balls and the strawberry loaded waffles were a delicious close to the menu explorations!
Complimenting the food were colourful cocktails! The gin cocktail had edible flowers floating it and was just the right amount of sweet, the tequila base cocktail was yellow and purple and fun, the whiskey was a classic colour and taste.
Pro tip: the breakfast bowls are available all day!
