What Makes It Awesome?

So The Sky Kitchen perhaps is known for their Inviting Ambience, and the peaceful locality it’s situated in. Being an avid food blogger, I was invited to the rooftop along with a bunch of amazing bloggers, for a taste testing session on their lunch service. With the convenience of Valet Parking, they offer the comfort of indoor as well as outdoor seating. Being a rooftop and close to the vast stretch of KBR park, while seated outdoors you’ll most definitely enjoy the cool breeze along with the uber-delicious food and soft music playing in the background. Sounds like a perfect place for a date.
To start off, we were served Mocktails. The Pomegranate Twist, The Midnight blue (Personal Favourite), Orange Twist, Virgin Mojito and Apple Mojito were served chilled and all of them tasted Refreshing. Along with these beautiful non-Alcoholic mocktails, they offer an Alcoholic drinks menu as well though.
Moving on to the starters, The Dahi Kebab made with hung curd formed into a patty and Batter Fried to perfection. Although I’m not a big fan of Dahi but the concept was very interesting. Next was the Bhatti Paneer, where big Chunks of Paneer were coated in indian spices and grilled perfectly. Then the Murg Malai Kebab, where the flavour of Malai was rightly kicking-in in every bite. The Murg Ke Sholay had the perfect taste of indian spices along with a mild flavour of Charcoal from the grill. The Galouti Kebab served in two-bite sizes were grilled so well that they just melt in your mouth.
For the Entrées or the Main course, we were served a Korean Rice dish called Dolsot Bibimbap (available in veg and nov veg options) which had a base of noodles topped with exotic vegetables and meat garnished with a sunny-side up fried egg. Then a choice of Veg and Non-veg sizzlers was served where the curry had a mild taste of butter chicken or butter paneer going great along with the rice served along. Then a final main-course item namely the Grilled Fish was served. The fish was grilled well and was served with a garnish of exotic veggies and spices.
Finally for the desserts, we were served Dark Chocolate Brownie and The Chocolate Bomb (Chocolava Cake). The Dark Chocolate Brownie was served warm with dark and white chocolate sauces. The Chocolate Bomb was basically a Chocolava cake served with Vanilla Ice-Cream. The chocolava cake had a goey and warm chocolate filling which oozed out as soon as I broke the cake with my spoon.
The service here has been great and the staff was very courteous all through the session. With the food and ambience being excellent, my Overall experience has been great and I look forward to visiting them again!
