Never took the Main course too Seriously in Pubs/bars. Always focused on Appetizers, Pizza or Pasta. But 2 days back when I had at Proxy, it just stole my heart.
Featuring here is Vietnam Lemon Grass Fish Curry with Coriander Rice. Indian Basa Fish cooked in Coconut Milk, cream with few veggies like Onions, tomato puree to get a tangy taste. Extremely Flavourful and Delicious, Fish was very soft and cooked very well, but the gravy was simply outstanding! Probably one of the best fish curries I've ever had. Fish is been Supplied for Vietnam!
Served with a flavoured Coriander Rice, usually, curries like these are eaten with Jasmine rice, But here it's Indian Version. The main course here is incredible, can't wait to try other dishes and share with you guys. Highly Recommended!
