Yummy Haleem, Warqi Parathas & Kebabs: This Is A Food Walk You Shouldn't Miss

What Is It?

The holy month of Ramadan turns Charminar and its streets into a culinary delight, with a plethora of street carts and food joints selling delicious food. If you’re confused as to where to begin and what to try considering the number of options available, then bongfoOodie is here to your rescue with their Charminar Haleem Walk. This dish has become the identity of Hyderabadi cuisine and it is enjoyed thoroughly, especially during this season, so what better way to indulge in Hyderabadi culture than with a haleem walk?

Who Is It For?

Peeps, haleem is loved by one and all and there is going to be biryani, Warqi Paratha, kebabs, lassi, falooda, Irani Chai, Osmania Biscuits, and loads of street food that you can devour at this food walk. You will also get to hear stories about the origin and evolution of Biryani, and about haleem and the Charminar. Not only do you get to treat your taste buds, but also learn some history while you’re at it. If that excites you, then this walk is for you. {Most options are non-veg, though so don’t say we didn’t tell ya!}

Why Should I Go For It?

To meet people with similar interests and explore the city’s rich culture during the best time of the year. Because sharing an experience only makes it that much better and memorable, we think! So put on some comfy shoes, and an umbrella as the weather can be unpredictable. Ladies, you might want to carry a scarf {in case you have to enter a place of religious worship}, and be prepared for 3-4 hours of amazement.
