At a glance, I can see they are more into bread giving touch with other baking products adding coffee and teas to the experience. Unfortunately, they were running out of sourdough bread but then the brownie intrigued me to try. Unlike the traditional ones, this is a made with whole wheat, Ragi flour and chocolate with little sugar. Could have been a little fudgier for my palate. To pair, I asked for Coffee but then they were running out of coffee beans so settled with Mint tea. It has a strong aroma and the lips got to feel the mint. Besides I have tried the samplers of the cookies and cakes that were around but didn't pick as my reason I was here for the dough but then I remember it for next visit.
Overall I find the experience good enough to start with. The rating will be subject to change depend on future experiences with it. Hope the suggestions given would be considering in expanding the menu and turning it to be a bread studio.
