So now Hyderabad has been given a boutique bar in the most happening part of the city - Jubilee Hills. Since people of Hyderabad like to explore different places with various themes and ambience, Absorb has definitely created a cut to it. When it comes to defining this place, I won't say it is huge but is spread on a rectangular scale, having a long bar, two seating areas and great walls. Yes, the walls are phenomenal and attractive, one says "Absorb" and the other has an ancient garuda on it.
Coming to food, tried a few starters, among which Honey Chilli Water Chestnuts and Chicken 65 impressed me. The main course was a buffet spread, consisting of Naan, Paratha, Butter Chicken, Fish Fry, Dal, Lasagna and Veg Pulav. It was quite a spread and liked Lasagna, dal and chicken among it.
In dessert had Gulab Jamun and Rabri which was very tasty.
Coming to the drinks and service, absorb staff is well groomed and equipped in providing quick service, very polite and friendly. Drinks were made at the bar counter, according to the wants and wishes.
So kinda loved it. The place gives great vibes and will definitely make you visit again and again upon your first visit.
