What Makes it Awesome

Habsiguda was once a quiet residential locality limited to a few restaurants and the old favourite — Kinghorn Bakers which has sadly closed its doors. The locality now houses a couple of cafes in Street No. 8, however, the residents were still having to travel to Sainikpuri or Jubilee Hills for a complete 'cafe experience'. But, thanks to the latest cafe on the block, you don't have to do that anymore!

Camelot Cafe and Patisserie bang opposite the NGRI metro station is the biggest cafe in the area that gives you ample options for beverages, food, and desserts. The space is done up in vibrant turquoise shades with a small outdoor section that has a two-floor seating space, ideal for big parties.

The cafe's ambience is chic and inviting, on par with the more popular ones you may find in Jubilee or Banjara Hills. We found a workstation and high chairs ideal to work out of. We were also surprised to find spacious parking so you're not left wandering in the adjacent by-lanes.

You'll spot an array of desserts including tarts, pies, bento cakes, eclairs, croissants and the likes as soon as you step in. Camelot's main course dishes offer everything from pastas, pizzas, burgers, Mexican, to even Chinese food. Try their Thai Chicken Wings or Crispy Chicken Strips if you're looking for something crunchy to munch on with your beverages. When it came to drinks, we quite liked their Frappe. Their pizzas are their best sellers, try the lamb variant that comes with some succulent pieces of meat. They also have a wide range of vegetarian options on the menu, as well as offer customisations based on your preferences. What we also liked is how friendly and attentive the staff is.

If you're one of those people who always has to travel far to get to the hep parts of town, take a detour and head over to Camelot. The space is worth a visit, and is great for photo-ops too.

Pro-Tip

Camelot also does Bento and customised cakes on order. Drop them a DM on Instagram or call them for details.
