We found a home baker in Pune who handcrafts decadent chocolates and baked treats that are even Paleo-friendly! Say yes to yummy bakes from Le Coco, a venture by Shruti Parekh, a School of European Pastry-certified chef.
The bakery is based out of Koregaon Park and delivers across Pune. Make a note that you will have to pre-order atleast a day in advance. Known for their handcrafted fine chocolates, you can find a huge variety of chocolates such as paan, tangerine, tiramisu, mocha, rocks, nutty delights, berry blast, and more here. They even have flavoured Rochers, chocolate-stuffed dates, chocolate-covered pralines and many such chocolaty bite-sized treats.
Lotus biscoff seems to be the latest cake obsession and they bake this too! Other than that, there's salted caramel cake, mousse cake, berry vanilla and many more flavours. Try out the brownies, granola, cookies and sinful cheesecakes that are available in five to six flavours. The treats start at INR 65 per piece only while the cheesecakes are for INR 500. Those who are health-conscious can try the vegan and gluten-free desserts. They bake Paleo treats such as Paleo brownies, Paleo carrot cupcakes, and Paleo chocolate cupcake.
