Learn How To Make Choux Pastry, Eclairs, And Paris Brest At This Fun Baking Workshop

For this weekend's fun baking workshop, we've teamed up with The Sugar Therapy for a Choux Pastry workshop. You will learn what choux is, various types of choux, how to make choux, craqueline (not sure what this is? Sign up for the workshop then!) and various fillings and how to combine them. If that's not enough, you will also learn how to make eclairs, religieuses, and Paris Brest. We recommend you sign up for the workshop right away as there's only spots for 10 people. 

The workshop will be conducted at The Sugar Therapy at Victoria Layout.
