Miss the live gigs, the party music and those cool cocktails you used to get at Indigo Live? Fear not! The revamped version of the space is back, and you’ll be pleased with the latest. Called Indigo XP, they’re going to be all about the experience this time around. And we mean the party experience.
Food is global with a twist. Beetroot Galouti {minced beetroot, fried onion, stuffed with peanut butter}, the Indonesian Otak Otak which is a South Asian fish specialty, as well as pastas and pork ribs {yup, the caramelised kind} to sooth the soul! In true Indigo style, since they are all about the music, cocktails will have quirky names. So when here, expect to sip on drinks like Seven Sultans Of Swing {vodka, gin, tequila, white rum, Triple Sec, Martini Rosso port wine with cola} and Kiwin Me Softly {kiwi with plenty of gin}. Or Pomegranate Rum with white rum, fresh pomegranate, orange and topped with soda, for something fruity.
