We stumbled upon Le Petit Chou's Instagram page randomly one day when we were scrolling through endless pictures of croissants. Run by Arati Rao from her kitchen in Cooke Town, she's got a limited range of viennoiseries that are perfect for tea time or when you have your mid-day hunger pangs. Croissants are favourites and so we ordered her plain croissants along with some pain au chocolate. She's got an almond croissant too. Everything is made fresh, so when we got our croissants and pains in the morning, guess what -- it never lasted till tea time. The croissants were just the right amount of flaky. The pains were good too -- in fact, we know what our go-to orders are now going forward.
You can reach out to her on Instagram and drop her a text and she'll share the menu with you -- which includes pain au raisin, brioche, brioche loaves, brioche au chocolat, and mutton and chicken puffs. You have to place the orders before Thursday afternoon and she'll deliver it to you on Saturday. The price starts at INR 90 and delivery is done via Swiggy Genie (you'll have to pay for delivery too).
