What Makes It Awesome

If you're also on the #MakeInIndia trip, which we all really should be, and promote everything that is local, you've got to try the gin. Stranger & Sons. Conceived and created in Goa, this London dry style of gin has everything from India, apart from juniper and angelica, and we love the spices. Loaded with Gondhoraj limes, coriander, black pepper and cassia bark, you'll feel all warm and fuzzy with pepper, nutmeg and a hint of citrus with every sip of this one. Once you'r done with the immediate taste, expect a sweet yet cinnamon lingering flavour.

What we like most about this brand, apart from the flavour of the gin, obviously, is that they involve the local community to create it. Plus, the peels, are used to make jams and pickles so that all the ingredients are used to the maximum! A drink with heart, yes please! We'll drink to that!

Pro-Tip

Currently available only in Goa and Mumbai, we're hoping this one comes to other cities soon. Until then, you've got to convince friends to bring it in their luggage!
